About Kat Vestgard

Hi there, I’m Kat Vestgard and so happy you find yourself on my page! Born and raised in Norway, I’ve always had a creative spark from very young age and a passion for colours but it wasn’t until I landed in South West London that I truly found my artistic groove. After years of globetrotting, I settled in London in 2004 into motherhood whilst diving into all things creative—painting, interior design, makeup artistry, and my most recent venture in hairdressing. My art is a mixed bag of eclectic pieces in every day life and the timeless cool of vintage vibes.

I started my artistic journey in Norway, but things really kicked off when I polished my skills at various courses including City & Guilds to Central Saint Martins in London. That’s where my signature style, “Glam Graffiti,” came to life. Think bold colors, metallic effects, and rich textures all blended into one statement piece, a bit of edge but the overall feel is classy and luxurious. From abstract floral shapes into every day items such as gorgeous vases, every painting I create at my studio in Wimbledon Art Studios tells its own story. And just to make it truly unique, I seal each one with my signature wax initials—my little personal touch to top it all off.

My art is all about bringing a pop of colour, a splash of glam, and a dash of personality to any space. It’s fun, it’s bold, and it’s made to make you smile!
